In this clip there are three subjects, a main subject, a secondary and a third subject who holds the least significance.
The clip starts with a very wide shot of the main subject, the emphasis is on her surroundings and this shot represents her as insecure as her surroundings makes her look small. The next shot is a close up of a new subject, the close up represents this woman as dominant over the first subject as she is shown to be direct and hold more power than the first. This is then followed by a medium close up of the first subject which is less than a close up and represents her as a more subordinate and inferior which is why her close up is a lesser shot.
There is then another medium close up of the third subject, this shot represents him as a subject with importance however although he is male his is not as dominant as the secondary subject. A mixture of angles are used as we see the secondary subject begin to leave the scene, the camera moves from a medium close up, to a mid-shot, followed by a close up. I think these shots represent her gender as erratic, it also gives the impression that the woman is flustered.
After this there is a close up of the main subject, I feel these angles represent her building her dominance over the second subject and as a woman showing irrational behaviour and a build of independence. The subject then ends up in a mid-shot as she is losing her power and shrinks back into the subordinate girl she was at the start, I feel this gives a representation of woman as having fickle emotions.
There is a two-shot mid-shot with the main and secondary subject, representing a confliction of emotions and thoughts that women are stereotyped to have.
The final shots include an over the shoulder shot to show what scene is being left behind and showing a very wide shot of the third subject. And ending with a very wide shot of the main and second subject in a into space shot.
